As a matter of fact, grief is one thing that is guaranteed for each and every person. It is a universal human experience. We will lose those we care about, or may have already.

We all lose things in our lives, and if we don’t flip the perspective, we end up letting those losses define and limit us.
This is a weekend workshop where you are invited to let go of all the parts that hold you back.

Those parts that get irritated quickly and quick to snap, those parts are blocked in grief.

Even if you don’t identify yourself as someone who is grieving, because your loved one passed years ago, or even though something you told yourself you were over keeps coming up, these are all signs of grief and will be released during these weekend workshops.
There is a disorder called Prolonged Grief Disorder and it occurs with PTSD, Anxiety, or Depression. Sleep problems are also common and an estimated 80%of people who do not process their grief experience long-term sleep poorly.*
What is even more common and more disruptive to our daily positive lives is anticipatory grief. The future projection and thinking of not having or being with something or someone and feeling the grief before it even happens.
This can create a huge block of energy about moving forward into the future.

Before I started working with Christy, I just didn’t know about the laws of attraction. I was living life by default, believing that I was in line with life, thinking that I was feeling and doing the right thing, making the right choices, I wasn’t happy with my life and just knew that there was more than that.

Before I started working with Christy I was having problems sleeping through the night and felt horrible for having ruined the opportunity of a lifetime.
